Been here a few times since moving to the neighborhood and have never had a normal customer experience. Most times if it's any product needing anything of an expertise the mostly kids that work there can't help. So I end up waiting and waiting and waiting for assistance. Never let them call someone for you to the isle. Wait by the registers too the person come to help so they will keep calling for help instead of being stuck in the isle for ever with no help. Also do not under any circumstance rent the rug cleaning machines from here. I had to bad ones in a row and never got a third since they changed me for a broken machine. Also got drilled by some manager over and over on a dirty machine until I got fed up and said before this conversation goes any more you need to talk to Sara about this because it was nasty when I got it and showed it to her before leaving. If I want terrible service with better prices a great selection I'd go to home Depot. But I don't mind paying more for some human contact and a company that pays their employees a living wage the problem is you won't find it here.
