Ace Hardware

Went to get locks rekeyed. After buying 2 new locks, I let the boys know my house was unlocked during this. Was told it would be about 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later a guy came in to pick up a screen that there was a problem with so the emploee stopped working on the keys to fix the screen. This went on for at least 30 minutes. Two other employees came by to ask how I was doing but did nothing to help. About 45 minutes later, the guy who originally helped me got back from lunch and finished the job. Why ask how you are doing if you are not going to bother to do anything. Seems to go hand in hand with "have a nice day" right after screwing to pooch. Lots of employees, no service.
