My brakes didn't work the same when I left. I took it back and immediately got an excuse instead of owning up to it. Basically I felt like they were calling me a liar. I came in originally without my bike looking for new tires. I was quoted 28$ which sounded great. When I actually came in they said I had a flat tube in the rear which was odd because I rode it there and for months i never had a flat. I ended up paying 65+. First impression is everything. Bad service and I felt like they took advantage of me.
