These guys are great and honest. If you want my detailed experience keep reading. When ever i have to call someone to do some repairs it is always with some trepidation. I called Before and After Plumbing to fix a nasty clog in my main line at home. They took the call, phoned me to tell me they were on their way and called me again with a full assessment of the situation. Ryan (the owner) clearly explained what was going on and how he would attempt to fix the clog, but was very clear that if that did not work, he would have to take a more aggressive and expensive route. He assured me that if the second option was taken he would call me and advise me before he started the work. Ryan was able to fix the problem the first time and also fixed a leak that I didn't know about that was totally unrelated to the clog. He also replaced some parts that were showing wear. From the time I called him til it was done was about 3 hours and the total cost was $370.00. The pricing was all very clear before he did any of the work . As he was quoting the price, I could tell he was working off a price sheet which tells me that he doesn't pull prices out of the air.
