Once again, Alpine to the rescue! I have taken my computers to Alpine in the past and today I had a "simple" problem which Ian was able to diagnose over the phone and the best part was, he fixed my issue and because of my loyalty in the past (I guess) charged me nothing! That's why I like to use locally owned small businesses whenever I can. 5 minutes of his expertise saved me a lot of grief and frustration, not to mention a minimum service charge. Will continue to use this company and refer friends that need some techno savvy help! Thanks Ian and Andrea
