I been in the market for a new home and used Alta Vista for my first home inspection. I had a very pleasant experience with Ken Gehrke. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly. He made it easy to understand and pointed out the areas I should be most concerned with.
Unfortunately for me, my first offer did not work out. I then put in another offer on another home and was asked by my realtor who I wanted to use. I specifically requested Alta Vista based on my first experience and asked for Ken again.
This time it was on a much larger property so there were more things to cover. Again Ken was punctual, courteous and very thorough and pointed out things visually so I could understand completely what needed to be addressed.
Unfortunately again this deal did not work out for me. Therefore after another accepted offer I requested Ken with Alta Vista. I can say after 3 times using Alta Vista and Ken, I would highly recommend them to anyone needed an inspection. I can't pick one negative attribute to say about Ken or the organization.
