Angels Cremation And Burials

My father passed away 2 years ago, and we used Angel's for his cremation. At that time, they were very caring and compassionate, which is why when my mother in law passed away recently, we went to Angel's again. We figured the experience would have been the same and we could count on a smooth, courteous and compassionate experience. We could not have been more wrong. The ladies in the office were rude, unorganized and uncaring. It is clear that this is merely a job to them. They have zero compassion or respect for families and what they are going through. I have never felt like such a burden as they made me feel today when I went to pick up the remains. I don't know if these are new people working in the office, or if they have been there so long that they have zero compassion or empathy left. Either way, I will not be working with them again. (2 stars given for a pleasant first time experience, if I could give 0 stars for this last experience, I would)
