If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I had a tragedy in the family and some associated unexpected costs. To try to make sure my family got bills covered I opted to utilize a "skip a payment" feature this bank offers once a year. One of the conditions is it must be submitted no later than 10 business days after your due date. So I go to the bank and because a recent payment has not yet posted they say I could not do it for the month of December and I'd have to do it for January. They couldn't say when the payment would post (because its my bank that didn't release the funds) but rather than saying that the 10 day expires on the 12th (my due date is the 29th) and if the payment posts on time id be able to come back and process the skip a payment, im told I can't do it at all for that December. So when I attempt to clarify the dates and day that I have until the 13th, a lady DENISE ( no last name, you'll see why later) responds with "if you made this payment on time you wouldn't have this problem" the sheer lack of professionalism floored me, so obviously since this individual is complacent and comfortable enough to say that to a customer, I requested her supervisor. I got a guy who says his name is Mike Tillen, he refused to provide any more info about Denise when I told him I'd like to file a complaint. And it gets better, he says "what is it, im not dealing with "this" so what you want or I'll terminate the call" even though I said I wanted to file a complaint...so I ask the address of his location and he says the 2020 n central road so that way I can come down there so he can't "terminate" me in person. I thought better of it, and who knows how this could escalate further especially considering their customer service and management lacks basic customer service skills. So this is the customer service that can be expected from these two individuals. I will be filing complaints with the BBB if their accredited by them as well as the attorney general. I don't expect nothing to happen but it will be documented and hopefully that's enough that someone else don't have to be treated that way.
