Art's locating

Caleb is the new owner and currently works with the previously well recognized and respected owner Art - in between another owner did a poor job so this is to set the record straight of the current situation. I called and they came out in a timely manner to camera our sewer line to see where/if there was a leak. Lucky for me they found that the line was backed up causing pressure and increasing the problem of the leak. They then recommended a rooter service - Briggs - and he did a great job as was timely in coming by the same day. It was lucky for me that I got a referral to this company. They are to be admired for their integrity and were clean and polite and friendly and helpful and reasonable in price. I would use them and highly recommend them. UPDATE - READ THIS!!! Here's to customer service excellence - Caleb contacted me to let me know he had a new camera that can take a picture of the problem area and he came back and did that at no charge. He also waited until my plumber came to address the issues with him to be sure the plumber had all the information he needed. I was amazed that he was such a giving person wanting to be sure he went beyond for his customers. USE THIS SERVICE FOR ALL YOUR LOCATING NEEDS - did not know that he locates all kinds of underground items such as electrical lines, etc. Lots of colored pin/flags.
