Today was my third time having business with this location in a weeks time. Each time has been more than a pleasurable customer service experience. I would think that if the CEO of Avis was doing an Undercover Boss episode and posing as a customer that He/She would be more than happy with the service these individuals have provided and provide. They are very consistent with their delivery of Customer Care and Service. Thank you Avis for Heather and the young man who was working with her today. Awesomeness at it's best! AVIS #1 after experience with a very rude and disrespectful agent Ruth at Phoenix International last week. UGH! Surprise saved and restored my faith.
