So dissatisfied with the service here at this BofA. I was scheduled an appointment two weeks out with a notary that was not even present that day. It's really inconvenient and is more annoying because they consistently reminded me of the appt. 3 times ahead of schedule and now they're saying the lady isn't there. Now they want scheduled me two weeks ahead. a total of 1 whole month just to meet with one lady!
