Great selection and prices. Bought a 32 inch 1080 smart tv for $200. Only downside is you need to know what you're looking for because sales personnel are almost non-existant. Load it into your cart and head for checkout.

This is just like any other best buy but it is in Sierra Vista. When they get an employee that knows what he/she is doing they need to keep that employee in that area. If they know computers, then keep them in the computer section and if they know TVs, then keep them in the TV section. There are so many time that you have to wait for someone as they #1 never have enough employees and #2 you have to wait for the one person that does know comes back to the area and then there is a long line waiting for the one person to answer a question. On the good side, Best Buy has been doing better at having the parts and bits needed and their stock has been kept up. As always the rule in our little town is “if you see it and want it, get it” because we are a small town it will be gone if you wait. Best Buy does do a good at getting items transferred from Tucson but you need to ask and in some cases tell them what store it is at. BTW, Derek is the best person there. If I walk in to ask a question or make a major purchase and he is not there I just walk out and come back when he is there. Hard worker and knows his stuff.
