I pay $100. For a coin purse. The ornament on the front was a hart. The color changed so I ask if they could replace it. They said they would and come back in 2 weeks. I returned they told me the don't have the part. So I did not get it fixed. No discount or store credit no money back. I felt like I did not buy something that was worth $100. Dollars.
