So Bruegger's has this survey on their receipt where you fill it out you tell them what you think and you get three free Bagels. I told them what I thought of their restaurant, that it was dirty and the customer the employees need to work on their customer service a little bit more. When I was getting a refill, I overheard two of the employees talking about my survey results they said "the stupid customer says our lobby is dirty" which it is. But to argue with the customer, instead of just checking the lobby, and then to call me stupid.. not cool. I'd talk to a manager, but this particular location doesn't have one right now. So I'll just post this here and hope someone higher up the chain of command reads it.
Rude staff. Out of date cream cheese. 2 stars because bagels were good and I usually love Bruegger's, just not this location.
