I would give it 3.5 stars... The property is OK... Nothing fancy yet not a dump.. The prices are high... Yet are comparable for short term housing.. The biggest issue is they are strict when it comes to your rent and the rules seem to be enforced depending on whether or not they like you. Walk score is a 7 to me... Right on a bus line.. Grocery store is a mile away... A mile away is the light rail station.. So pretty cool.

Week 2 staying here. Nice place, conveniently located, and the staff has been awesome every time I’ve dealt with them. It’s a bit dated but it’s quiet for the amount of people here. Definitely recommend.
