I live here and for the most part it is a good place to live. But lot rent keeps on going up. It has increased twice in a year's time. No justification for the lot rent increasing. Lot rent is twice as much as any other park in the area. We don't have anything more than the other parks do, just a gated community that doesn't keep anyone out. We see people that shouldn't be here all the time.
Some of the people who live here are very rude too. We have been cussed at and threatened with bodily harm. Also rules don't apply to everyone.
