I've been to this location many times. The coffee is better than anything in the area. Up until yesterday, I've had good experiences. I ordered a plain, iced coffee. They refused to make it. I asked why and they said the ice waters it down (duh) and that it would taste "gross" so they only serve it hot. I explained that I wanted to start drinking it right away (I had a long drive to work ahead of me) and would appreciate at least a few ice cubes dropped in to cool it down faster. They agreed to do that. Of course, when they handed me my pipping hot coffee there was no ice at all. I agree with most reviews that the baristas smile and ask you about your day, but great customer service is also about accommodating to customers' requests. These nothing like shelling out your hard earned money and being refused what you asked for to start the day off on the wrong foot.
