Chase Bank

My wife went in to open an account and was treated like a second class human being. I am an American and my wife is Asian, she’s not an illegal and has been in this country since 1987, she still holds a green card and was being harassed for everything under the sun just to open an account. She produced her drivers license, social security card, green card and even our marriage certificate and was still hassled because our marriage certificate had her madden name and her green card had a different last name from a previous marriage, I told the lady that the department of immigration won’t change her last name on her green card, but dmv did, so did the social security office? So what’s Chase’s problem? Horrible experience!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves as far as I’m concerned!!!
