Line is always out the door. Never enough staff to help everyone. Plus they make separate line for business transactions​. So I'm waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to cash my check. While the smuck that is a business owner gets to walk right in front of me with no wait. I understand now who the valued customer is NOT ME!!!! Plus the they closed the drive thru.......Chase in Show Low has gone down hill!!!!
