Cutie Nails & Spa

Really disappointed. I have been coming here for the last 6 months and initially gave a 5 star review. However, their service has worsen. I went in 2 different days just to get a one nail fixed and both times they told me they wouldn't have time to do it. But multiple times when I make an appointment to get my nails done, they always accept walkins even if they are over booked. Considering I originally got my nails there and about a week later 2 nails snap off, it would have been nice to be taken care of.
