I went to pharmacy and stood in the consultation window for 5 to 7 minutes and was not EVEN acknowledged by any one of 3 pharmacist.
The male pharmacist was just finishing up with "pick-up" when I arrived. He saw me but ignored me after his customer left. He went back to filling prescriptions.He was about 15' away from me.
A second pharmacist was 10' away from me filling prescriptions at her station and left her station to walkout of the pharmacy right passed and within 3-4 feet of me, and into the floor stacks to pick out something which she took back passed me again and to her station to complete a prescription. She did this exact same thing with the next prescription she worked on: out of the pharmacy,passed me, pick something up again and back passed me again to her station and completed the next prescription. I was NOT GREETED or ACKNOWLEDGED at all!
During this same time, a third pharmacist was working the "drive-through window." She was about 20 to 25 feet from me. She handled a couple of customers at the window and then went to a station next to the second pharmacist: 10 to 12 feet from and she began filling prescriptions. I was not acknowledged by her either.
After the 5 to 7 minutes of all this, I left the store grumbling, of course. I will never return to this store again. I'm undecided about other CVS's, at the moment.
