Well where to start.... I went through drive thu, the person taking my order seemed to have an attitude while I put in an order for me and my kids, at the window the Sunday I ordered looked like melted ice cream just smashed with chocolate, it was set on the counter closest to the window, it sat there until maybe a minute before my order came out , the minute it wasn't sitting out it was put into a freezer, when it was retrieved out of the freezer given to me the freezer was left open, another passing employee walked by it to close it while I was given an incomplete order, and while I was waiting for ice cream (I ended up throwing away) the person behind me still waiting at the menu board left and so did the person after them. I love DQ and am sad the one on fry is closing, I hope they step up in all areas and it may be a while before I consider giving them another chance.
