Absolitely amazing! They saw my cat right away when he had a painful uti. Unfortunately, the antibiotics only helped him for a short time and he fell ill again. My family and I decided it was best to not let him suffer, so I called and they immediately told me to bring him down. I was in the waiting room for no more than 5 minutes before I was taken back into a private room and given time with my Charlie. They gave me the option to be with him (I stayed) and helped me with the paper work and what to do afterwards. The doctor and assistant were very respectful of my pet until the very end. I was given time to say goodbye to him until I was ready to leave. I was never rushed and they did everything to make my sweet guy comfortable in his last moments. I am very thankful for the entire staff at Desert Cross and I feel lucky to have them in our town. Much love to these kind people.
