Desert Wells Family Medicine

I have never had a bad visit with the practitioners here! They are kind considerate and take the time to hear me. I would have to say that the front office is another story. In the last 4 visits I have had, they have been rude, snappy, and don't even look you in the face when speaking to you. Not too happy with the front desk (both on the phone and in person) but will continue to see them because I have never felt rushed out, even on a super busy day. The office is kid friendly with a small play area and comfortable, clean waiting room.

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Hoag takes the time to listen and talk to you and doesn't rush you through. He really worked with me to get me on the right medicine and has followed through with me to make sure it was working. I love that this is a private practice and not some big chain corporate medical center...you don't see that very often anymore!
