Einstein Bros. Bagels

Well, I show up at 2:55, go to use the bathroom admittedly unaware they close at 3. I come out at 2:59 and the guy working doesn't say anything to me other than "sir, we're closed." I look down at my phone - 3pm on the button. In disbelief, I ask him if it's too late to get anything (it was my first time trying this place) and he simply says no and holds the door open for me. The young man had an opportunity to win a customer, instead he just shooed me right out the door even though I actually came in the store before closing. Sounds like everyone likes the food and coffee, but I won't be coming back to try.
