As a student with little to no experience with cable and rope, I came to Elko to see what my options were for a school project. Anthony was super helpful and set aside part of his afternoon to show me all of the options that they had in the warehouse and then he showed me all of the most relevant parts from his catalogs. He was super helpful and we were able to order the parts that we needed and we were able to pick them up two days later. We had a slight miscommunication over shipping costs but Anthony did the best that he could to make sure that we were paying the best possible price. Great experience!
