The worst haircut in my life! I was in tears today! I went in for a trim and add layers. The lady chopped off a big chunk in the front, lost about 5 inches of my hair and it was not layered it was all choppy. I went back and asked for my money back so I can fix my hair somewhere else, but they offered for the owner to come and fix it. She agreed it was a horrible hair cut and her dresser should have never used a razor to make the layers. She tried her best to fix it but still not great because she didn't want to make it any shorter. Never go there for an adult haircut and do not let the lady with the short blond hair cut your hair. I think her name was Nancy. The owner however was nice enough to come to the salon on her day off to fix my hair. This is the location by Kohl's.
