About two weeks ago I had a pinched nerve and stiff neck. The pain was unbearable even causing tingling/numbness down my right arm, and couldn’t move my neck at all. To be honest, I was very scared.
I never realized how much I took for granted simple things like putting on shoes or getting myself out of bed in the morning, until I couldn’t.
