Susan was very friendly and easy to carry a conversation with. She understood what I was asking for and started off with one length to be sure I was ok with it and happily obliged to go shorter when I asked. She also took the time to style my hair with a curler because I mentioned I don't get to do my hair often having a newborn to watch every day. Susan also has very reasonable prices!
