Service went well, although a bit pricey. Where Findlay really fell apart was on the car rental. The price was right and the car was wonderful, but the rental Tech tried to say we drove 150 miles when in fact it was more like 12. Then on top of that he said we put a chip in the window which, was not true. He tried to charge us another $29 for the chip, which I would not agree to. This is my first service with Findlay Toyota and likely my last. Seems like the car was not checked in correctly prior to our rental. That type of competence does not inspire Trust.
