I went in on Monday the 19th, and the shoes i wanted were not in stock, I could have easily gone to another store and looked there but I though since I have already waited there for them to look I'd take the option they gave me which was to order them online THROUGH THEM and that it was guarnteed that I would have them by Friday the 23......well i go to track them through the USPS tracking number and it says they will arrive on the 29th....so I call them to see what the hell is going on and the answer I got was "well it all depends out of which state they are getting shipped from" she didn't even offer to help find another solution so when i asked how I can go about my refund she said I would have to wait til I have posession of the shoes!! Worst damn place ever seriously, I as well as others that have rated this place, will not shop here again........just take more time out of your schedule to find them elsewhere!!
