Dr. Gonzales-landestoy is amazing however the staff who schedule appointments are incompetent. They scheduled my husband's appointment follow up 2 months in advance like usual. So he showed up and their doors were locked. They didn't call ahead to say oh we made a mistake, my husband didn't even choose the date, they are the ones who suggested the date and time and he said that would be fine. Then finds out they're closed when he showed up. In the past, they've even called him to reschedule appointments but they were asking for some other patients name. The front office staff can't even tell one patient file from the another. It's scary how inept they are, however he keeps going because the doctor herself is professional and caring.
