I am huge on customer service, it's what keeps me as a loyal customer. I did not have a good experience at this location. I purchased a backpack from their that did not have a tag on it when I purchased the item. The girl ringing me up just radioed it in and had someone give her the number for the bar code. She never put a new tag on it and I didn't realize that before leaving. The bag handle also came off while checking out but she said it was an easy fix and all you had to do was push the little screw back in and it was as good as new. I ended up coming back a few days later to return it because I found something at a different store that I liked better. The girl who was doing the return said that she needed a manager because their weren't any tags on the backpack. The manager Michelle came over and was already complaining about how closing was going to be a nightmare tonight. She proceeded to blame me for taking the tags off and damaging the product. I explained to her what the cashier said the first time and Michelle just telling me it was my fault and the cashier would've known to put a new tag on. She didn't apologize and say she would look into it or anything just kept repeating herself and making me feel like my business wasn't needed any longer. I feel so disrespected and treated so poorly. I will never make a purchase at this store again and will be reporting them to the better business burea for the fact that their manager and employees need to be trained better.
