I found Fred and his team, especially Yolanda, to be genuinely nice people and very professional. We moved to the Phoenix area from the mid-west and not knowing the area decided to rent. Fred had posted a listing for a beautiful rental that was immaculately kept and worked closely with us to get us into this property.
