My mother transferred 4 medications to the pharmacy of this Fry's store from the Walgreens down the street. All 4 medications were hand written on the same day by a male employee of the pharmacy. I asked if these medications will be qualified for the $100 grocery credit for the transfer of 4 qualified medications offer. He stated " Yes. The money will be credited to the fry's shopping card after you picked up all 4 medications." My mother stopped by to pick up all 4 medications a few weeks later just to be told that she only transferred 1 medication so she was not qualified for the $100 credit. She was able to pick up all 4 medications on that date even though she only transferred one :? The doctor office faxed the Hep B prescription to this pharmacy a few days before the transfer but they stated that they didn't receive it for some reason. I don't know what is going on with this pharmacy but things tend to go missing or never recorded for some questionable reasons.
I love Fry’s but the management here does not seem to care about customer service. Made my wife and her sister leave because my wife was buying wine, but her sister didn’t have her ID. I get that that’s the law, that’s fine, but me and my wife went back without her sister and the manager still refused to sell to us. She was not very nice about it either.
