Fuel Stop Diner

Love this place! I eat here about once a week. It's all delicious, but the carne asada quesadilla, chorizo omelet, and biscuits and gravy plate are my favorites! They have fantastic salsa made fresh at the counter, and the cooks are friendly and personable and you can chat with them while they cook. The owner is often present, and they are currently renovating to make room for local beers and other fun things. Check it out!
