Customer service sucks! We checked in online when we arrived they allowed a walk in customer to cut people who have checked in online and made us wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. Online check-in time set 36 minute wait. Great clips you to check your customer service training and you need to check your website because it's false advertisement and you're lying to customers. We will never return here again after 12 years of going to this location.
