I love Grimaldi's pizza. The food is always excellent. I do not like the service here though and the "stoking" of the oven is a major pain. It seems you can not beat the crowd for dinner or catch a late lunch as they are always stoking. The hostess was very rude the last 3 times I have been there and when I ordered online to try and beat the crowd the server disappeared for about 20 minutes before she came back and got my pizza out of the warmer, which was now soggy.
