We ordered a pizza and calzone online to be picked up at 4:30p.. the website says the stocking time is 4p-430p so it won't be ready until 4:45p.. we got there at 4:40p assuming a 5 min wait until we pick it up.. They've said multiple times to me now that it's the websites fault because their stocking time is 4:30p-5p and don't have pizzas ready until after 5p and usually closer to 5:15p.. the manager kept making excuses and said many times it's the IT team that doesn't get it until we asked for his manager.. once we did that he took the calzone off and by this time our food was ready and we didn't want to wait any longer
