Havasu Falls RV Resort

Nice RV park for a rally. Lots of pull through site with full hook ups and a nice pool and club house. Club house will accommodate about 90 people. Has full kitchen attached and large bar b q. Owners were very nice and helpful.

I had to cancel my reservation due to a cancer diagnosis and gave as much notice as I had which was 3 weeks. I expected a refund either full or partial but was informed that the policy was that the cancellation had to be 4 weeks in advance or no refund would be given. The website says to call for the cancellation policy and when I asked for a copy of it I was told that the policy was verbal so in other words they can make it whatever they want to avoid a refund. Sneaky but effective for them. I even offered to provide a letter from my doctor but that was denied too. I really expected more from a Good Sams resort!
