If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a car because I was in an accident and this was my choice. I had the car a total of 20 days. I asked if I could put insurance on for only 2 days and Maria said not a problem, I have to put it on for today but I will take it off tomorrow and you come back before your trip to Flagstaff. This was on a Friday. I came back on a Wednesday to put the insurance back on only to learn it was never taken off like Maria said she would. I let it go and figured we would rectify it when I returned to remove the insurance. I removed it two days later only agreeing to pay for 3 days since I couldn't take off the first day. No big deal. I dropped off the car weeks later and pleaded that the girl at the desk please have Maria call me BEFORE closing out my bill. No call. No communication AT ALL. I got charged for well over what I was expecting. I went in for a refund and they said they processed it. Weeks later, no refund so I call my bank and dispute the charge. Then I get a bill from Hertz asking for the total amount I just disputed. So I go back in to Hertz and who is there finally? MARIA! She apologizes and says we will call within 48 hours. It's a week later and no call. I'm still dealing with this and It's been 4 months! I have stopped in and called multiple times. Next call is corporate. It will be my second call to them. I'm over this company's location.
