The customer service was FANTASTIC! Kirk was very helpful and just attentive enough so that he wasnt hovering, but enough that I left feeling informed about my purchase. I now even have knowledge to share with my friends on another issue we were considering getting product for at Hi-Health. Kirk made it clear that, should we be dissatisfied with the purchase, we are welcome to return/refund(within 30 days) and get additional consultation.
