Hope Construction

My husband and I recently requested a quote on remodeling of two bathrooms. Jason with Hope Construction provided us a quote which we found to be reasonable. After agreeing to utilize Hope Construction, the customer service went down from there. We selected all our fixtures, tile, cabinets, etc. and waited for Jason to provide us the final cost. After several calls and emails that were not returned until three to five days later, Jason provided excuse after excuse why the delay. Starting on the 4th week, finally we received a quote from Jason with double the amount of the original quote. Jason stated it was because of the fixtures we selected were high quality, however we checked out the prices and they were within the middle range we originally were quoted. Based upon the customer service, we will not be utilizing Hope Construction and this is not a company that I would recommend for other potential customers.
