Duane Smith did a terrible job. Found a couple nickle and dime issues and that was all. After using Duane, the Realtor suggested I bite the bullet and pay for another one. Fortunately, the second inspector found issues significant enough for us to decide to back out of the deal and pursue a better home. Thankfully!!!
I don't care about the wasted money, I am just grateful we didn't get stuck with a money pit because of a bad inspection.
