My fiance was here two nights ago and I am disgusted at the service he received, he went through the drive thru to order the new box they have and once he got to the front to get his food the SHIFT MANAGER mentioned how busy they were and understaffed and kept huffing and puffing. A few seconds later he DROPPED my fiance's burger on the floor and tried to walk around the corner to pretend he didn't do it. My fiance opened the bag and the wrapping WAS OPENED and there was HAIR inside it. I was disgusted at this point already.. On top of that he ordered curly fries and it came with two curly fries and the rest were COLD regular fries. The drink had 5 ice cubes (LITERALLY) and the soda was FLAT. My fiance immediately went inside furious to get a new burger. They didn't offer a refund or even an apology. The man actually laughed when he was told this happened and said "sure" when my fiance explained what had just happened. I reported this location and with be sending a letter to corporate today. I AM DISGUSTED. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MANNERS AND DECENCY. NASTY. Sending my letter over to corporate today because I have NEVER been so sickened by a restaurant in my life.
