$40 later and I'm on the road again. I am left wondering why the first tow truck driver couldn't boost the vehicle.
The Story: I ended up stranded at a Basha's in Surprise. I thought that the battery must have been dead as the car sits unused, quite a bit. I called roadside assistance for a boost.
The roadside assistance arrived and much to my disappointment the car would not start with a jump. So, I was at the will of the driver and had the car towed to the house. I was left thinking that there must be an issue with the electrical system.
The next day, I made an appointment with the shop, and they coordinated Koppy's to pick up the car. The driver arrived as scheduled and asked me, "what's going on with it [the car]?" I filled him in. He pulls a power battery out and says, "let's give it another go." He then proceeds to jump start the car.
I have no reservation rating Koppy's Towing 5 stars. Thank you for being honest and serving me with integrity.
