I’d like to start off by apologizing to this Little Caesar’s location; I’m sorry I placed a large order, spent well over $150 and caused such an inconvenience to your employees and other patrons. I gave you guys about 6 hours notice that I would be picking up 25 pizza’s. When we got there to pick it up there was a line of customers and an employee made an announcement that ‘sorry it’s taking so long; this person placed a really large order.’ To top it off, they didn’t even have the pizzas ready at the time they said it was going to be! It was embarrassing, and a piss poor excuse for your lack of planning and efficiency. Obviously a HORRIBLY managed location with employees that clearly don’t care about meeting customers’ needs, and view us as a burden. My job requires that I host several meetings a month, often providing hundreds of dollars worth of pizza. This location would have been the most convenient location for me, and would have resulted in thousands of dollars in revenue this year, but I certainly won’t be returning
