Lowe's Home Improvement

I called this store in Show Low 7 times with 2 simple questions, regarding my 13,000 roof I had Lowes install last year. Janet installations manager thinks it's acceptable to hang up on customers. Lisa the store manger was of no help either. I would recommend management speak with these individuals. I will follow up with corporate office. Unacceptable.
