Mary DeYoung - State Farm Insurance Agent

The most horrendous experience I've ever had with an insurance agent. I had a plumbing catastrophy where all I could think of was to contact my insurance agent as a 1st step. I made 7 frantic phone calls over a day and a half before I lucked out when I reached her on my 8th call. She acted like this was the first time i had tried to contact her. Absolutely no compassion or caring on her part. Mary has been my insurance agent for the last ~20 years. When I needed her she was no where to be found. Needless to say I transferred my policy to another State Farm agent who has always serviced my other accounts with excellence. I don't know how this lady stays in business.
