Massage Envy - Queen Creek

HORRIBLE customer service. I booked a massage 4 days ago for Valentine's day. It was a couples massage and 1 HOUR AND 45 MINS before we were supposed to be there, the lady calls me and tells me the therapist canceled and that I was going to have to reschedule for another day. I told her to cancel the entire appointment because I wasn't going to be there since it was a COUPLES massage. We hung up but I was still obviously very upset, as I should have been. Called back to speak to the manager and she said he wasn't available and that she would take a message. Welp....I left a message for him and he STILL hasn't called me back. This location is a disgrace. They're the ONLY location who couldn't provide the necessary customer service to make sure I was taken care of. The manager himself didn't even have the common courtesy or professionalism to call back. Very disappointed
